Our story began over a century ago in a small bakery in Poland, where the Taifeld family cultivated a deep passion for baking.

In 1935, this rich baking tradition made its way to Mexico, where it continues to thrive and evolve.

Over the years, as our business flourished, we proudly established our first factory and public store in 1945 in Mexico City. This location has been a cornerstone of our operations and continues to serve our customers to this day.

Thanks to our spirit of innovation, we became pioneers in Mexico in the production of whole grain products. We introduced our first product for wholesale, the Bran Biscuit, showcasing our commitment to the health and well-being of our consumers.

Today, more than 85 years later, we continue to bake happiness using the same key ingredients: passion, tradition, and quality. Our products, crafted with the finest ingredients and adhering to the highest international standards, can be found in millions of homes across eight countries in the Americas.
